Pros: We were matched quickly as our daughter was a waiting baby. She had a minor heart defect. Korea has very good medical records. So we didn't have the traditional experience and didn't have to wait long. Our daughter also arrived home quicker then expected. I called before July 4th to ask about her homecoming and was told it would be another month or so; however on July 7th we got a call that our daughter would be at the DFW airport on July 12th. so her arrival almost happened over night. We loved our social worker, and Judy the local director, is always helpful.

Cons: I only thing i can think of is that there are limited options for post adoption connections. Most things take place in Kansas City, which is 5 hours from us. So we normally go with Dilion Activities in Tulsa.
Reviews: I would suggest this agency as they helped us all along the way. Our process was fast, so that took a lot of quick response on their parts. We were very happy with everything and would adopt from Holt again, however Korea has changed the laws and the children are older when they arrive home now. :(
