Pros: International trip and Ukraine adoption stafrf was a good experience as well as the price of the a multiple adotpion.
Cons: Agency seemed to not know what was happening with our adoption at times, not as professional as we would have wanted and our Ukraine coordinator seemed rude at times.
Reviews: Would chooe another agency if we adopt again.
