Pros: The in country contacts were absolutely fabulous. They could not have been better. It is the U.S. side of the company that we found lacking.
Cons: The U.S. side of the company was poor. Communication was spotty and unclear, getting a response required a lot of follow-up and there was very little support in terms of gathering documentation.
