Pros: The adoption industry is safer with ChildPromise out-of-business. Presently, Jeannene Smith is personally being named in a New Jersey federal court lawsuit for the horrors she allowed to happen to Masha Allen.
Jeannene deserves prison time for what she did to Masha.
Cons: The suit against Jeannene should have been started months ago.
Reviews: It would be helpful to see Jeannene in prison with Matthew Mancuso, the pedophile customer of hers.

Cons: I suffered a horrific experience with Reaching Out Thru International Adoption (now ChildPromise, Inc). The adoption resulted in a disruption, and in the end, the child died at the age of 16 months.
Reviews: None.

Pros: Communication was excellent. The staff always kept us current through emails through a country-based listserv. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable.
Cons: Nothing, really. We were very happy with our experience.
Reviews: The prices are a little high compared with other agencies; however, the service is impeccable.
