hockeymom26's Ratings:
Pros: They are very organized and have the preliminary process very mapped out for you and well documented.

Cons: We ended up leaving the money that we had to pay upfront (found out the hard way that this is something you really don't want to do) after a full year with Lifetime. It was a very impersonal experience and our coordinator could never give us information or specifics of potential matches throughout our time with them. We had 0 matches in the year that we were with them. We were matched with our daughter's birthmother within 3 weeks of leaving.

Reviews: I would not recommend this agency/facilitator.

4evermama's Ratings:
Pros: Wonderful experience! We could not have asked for a better or more smooth adoption process. Certainly it had ups and downs, but we knew going in to expect that. Looking back, it is one of the most special journey's we could have asked for. Lifetime's whole team is caring and there for you when you need them. During the match and birth, they were always ready to answer our questions and worries about whether this would really happen. Besides our child, they also led us to the beautiful first mom that embraced us as parents for her baby. The friendship we have with her is so rich, that we realize adoption is more than we ever imagined. Their program also fit our lifestyle. It was easy, much of it online, and resources available to us 24 hours a day on the private site they maintain for waiting parents. We love Lifetime. Especially after visiting them with our children on a recent trip to San Francisco for a family wedding. Lifetime helped us build our family. We are forever fans and forever grateful.

Cons: I don't think we would have changed anything, because it means our adoption might be different, which we couldn't imagine. We did open our preferences since we started so narrow, and I think it was this that opened our hearts to really being adoptive parents, knowing that it was about the child God would bring us. I guess I might say I wish we learned this lesson earlier, but I woudln't change anything!

Reviews: I can't write a review of Lifetime Adoption without praising the remarkable women who are so dedicated in their daily duties to make adoptions happen. Not just daily I guess, but 24 hours a day. We had a wonderful adoption experience at Lifetime and I can't say enough about all they did for us and our birth mother. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They helped us with everything, including getting us the answers when we didn't know where to begin. Lifetime Adoption is wonderful!
