Pros: This agency is owned and managed by a Russian (actually Ukraine) atorney law degree in US (I think) and she is wonderful, they were very helpful and everything was smooth. Our little boy is a joy and we are thankful for him every day of our lives!
Cons: No problems
Reviews: Everything went very smoothly, everything was arranged ahead of time and we had no glitches or worries. The Russian people were wonderful and they had very good things to say about the director of our agency.
