Pros: We know this agency was shut down and you can do a search on the owner Tedi Hedstrom to see lots of negative press. She now runs Adoption Blessing Worldwide, Inc. I think it is important for parents to know the good, the bad and the ugly before making an informed decision.
Our experience was good with Tedi Bear Adoptions and Tedi Hedstrom - they kept us informed and although we had to ask for the fees upfront - they were given to us and kept right around that dollar amount.
Cons: Tell us that they have in country facilitators (in USA) that they were working with.
